LOON LAKE BOAT RAMP

The Loon Lake Boat Ramp is a great open water dive site with easy access and nice facilities.  Depths range from 10-40 feet and visibility is normally 40-60ft.  During the summer, Loon Lake is around 70 degrees. 

Directions:  Take Highway 50, 21 miles past Placerville, left on Ice House Road and continue 24 miles.  Take the right at the sign and continue for 4 miles.  Go pass the campground and the boat launch and parking is 1/4 mile further.
